Iraqi Postgraduate Medical Journal

The Iraqi Postgraduate Medical Journal is published by the Iraqi Board for Medical Specializations, an institution established in 1986. The board functions as a postgraduate educational institution operating at the university level and affiliated with the Ministry of Health. It enjoys legal status as well as financial and administrative autonomy. The Board is dedicated to the training and qualification of physicians across all general and specialized medical disciplines, with a mission to advance the standard of medical services—both clinical and research-oriented—in line with the highest national and international standards of quality and accreditation.
